Help ?? what next

changed air flow meter and lambda sensor GTI Turbo still running rich and hesitates sometimes any ideas what eles to change lol or what it could be :huh:

Cheers wayne will try that how much do you think  the sensor would be and would changing the plugs do anything as going to do at weekend
