emergency! what have you bought your missus for xmas?!

Bought my missus some diamond earrings. they turned up scratched so im sending them back. They don't have any more in stock and to get them somewhere else will cost £400 (i paid £175). now i can't work out what to get her!

So inspire me with some ideas please!
