My New Golf 1.4S

Hi

Picked up my first VW Golf on the weekend. It is a 2000 1.4S in Indigo Blue with 93K on the clock.

Didn't get any service history with it, so I believe It's overdue a service.

Just wondering what you guys think the best oil filter/ air filter/ fuel filter/ cabin filter and spark plugs are. Already got some oil.



Also what are some good mods to do to it?

Generally I'd get VW filters etc, or use Euro Car Parts and get 25% as you're part of this forum.

I quite like the Gti alloys that are already on the car? But ye I was thinking of 40MM all around ?

If you like the alloys on it then you shouldn't be modding it you'll make it look worse!

Ok mate I don't fancy heavily modding it anyways, It's a beauty how it is at the moment, just needs a good polish and service.
