Ive just had my oil leak  checked out and ive been told its a Leaking head gasket. Not being one to do things in halves i want to get the engine bay minted up in the process!! So im gonna have it out and peinted up. While i have it stripped down i want some good ideas to get a few more HORSES out of her. The engine is standard with 115 tho on it atm. What work do ppl reccomend please!! Its a 16v KR Engine Thanks

115 bhp? shouldn't that be 136 for a 16v?

the normal order of tuning is
filter
exhaust
remap/chip
head work
cams

then it gets really expensive

what you had done already?

according to Tim Stiles a 4 branch could give upto 10bhp so it's a good place to start. he also says you should replace the engine mounts if you do fit one as the manifolds are  prone to crack from excess engine movement. it's not worth chipping the mk2 16v as the ecu only controls ignition.
