buxtons roads have been a nightmare today got a call of my wife at 9am saying she was stuck on a hill bout a mile from our house then while she was on the fone started screaming saying a car was coming towards her skidding luckily it missed her i had to run down and help her out  :smiley:  iam now her hero again  :grin: :cool:

heres a pic from mine cant wait for kids finish school.....sledging time  :cool:

Bus and trains are still running so no, we haven't had any down here yet. Just a look on my phone and non foretasted for the next week either. Booooo :(

We had an a couple of inches last night and its frozen over on untreated surfaces. Just had the Cupra out for a wee skite about on the back roads  :shocked:

Had about 3 inches of the flippin stuff this morning, frozen underneath  :angry:


Had the Audi break free on me whilst trying to slow to avoid a crashed lorry this morning  :shocked: Fortunately it gripped again before I made contact with the grass verge.

Other than that it ploughed along quite nicely  :cool:
