What the hell can you do about vandalism?
« on: 04 December 2011, 17:33 »

Really getting annoyed now. EVERY Sunday for the last four weeks something has happened to our cars.

First the ripped my nans wiper arm off, then the following week tried pulling off the Chrysler arm but failed so just knackered it along with pulling the Micra wiper arm off then the following week ripped the rear badge out of my Golf and the front Nissan badge off the Micra and tried and failed to pull the grill out.

Now, my brothers went to a park about an hour ago just got back and they twit has ripped the front VW badge out the Golf but they found it.

Really doing my head in and super annoyed that it's happened within an hour and I didn't see them.

Have rung the police they gave a crime no and sounded really uninterested. Do you think the council would consider CCTV since it's a row of parking bays?

I swear if I catch him I'll follow him down the road, run the prick over and then just sell the car on.

Where all my moneys went.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Sit in a bush for a few hours when it usually happens one night with a baseball bat (and ball of course) and wait till they come and do it?

Haven't annoyed anyone but no idea why they're doing it. Can't see it on any other cars but it's 5 bays then a gap and another 7 then a gap then loads more down the road. One theory is we have 4 cars out there but there's no other residents that need parking up here just some insist on parking up here and walking down to their houses even though there's a perfectly good bay there.

Always park in the bay unlike everyone else on the road taking up two a time most of the time. Two bays are difficult to get in due to a lampost and some bollards and I always park there so it's easier for everyone else like my mum and Nan etc.

If it us because of the number of cars then its kinda worked as I have to put sales cars on the drive as can't have them getting vandalised. Just leave the other cars there though as if that is the reason they wont win.

Before "park them on the drive" its a very blind drive coming onto a very busy road. There's no way my mum or Nan could do it daily and its difficult me and dad to park there due to going out at seperate times......

Not in my car or people in my neighborhood no. Always turn the radio off when parking etc.

Could slightly understand the Golf as I used to come in at 2am and it was loud. But haven't used it in months.
