Very, Very easy.
Just wash the car and apply the clay stuff.
You get a bottle of spray stuff and a bar of "clay", it's a bit like putty.
You spray the liquid onto an area and then rub the clay bar over it until it's smooth like glass, then buff the area dry with a soft cloth. When you have finished the clay treatment you just polish the car as normal.
Takes a bit of elbow grease but the results are brilliant.
