where to post to alert to scammer?

Basically I and a couple of others have had our money taken from a VW forum guy (different forum but maybe also on here?) and along with him selling item several times and not delivering the goods it emerges he runs a car business dealing with VW's.

I am only looking to make people aware of him so they do not also loose there money, is there a place in the forum to do this?
