The forum wont let me post the hex from the header....what am I looking as as there is nothing comprehendible or nothing that looks like it can be made to be comprehendible

just a hunch, but i'm guessing that is a notepad fail :grin:

try xnview or similar.

yeah that won't work. you aren't gonna crack this on a mac. unless you can load linux from a livecd or something.

I'm sat beside a fully fledged Forensics machine at Uni...That is too much effort to boot DVL :undecided:

I have'nt got a scooby doo where to even start... I thought it was a magic aye thingy sat staring at it for ages turning the laptop to get different angles.
