Throttle pedal tick when released is it normal as just started to do it?

Thats exactly what i thought, bet there is an easy fix. I havent got down there to have a good look yet,

Hum,   I just find it Funny how it must have been so much quieter before, this morning even... that i have never heard it in 21 months of ownership. I knew it ticked from pressing it when i have cleaned the car but it must have been alot quieter tick before so that i did not hear it when driving.
Just tonight even with the radio on low, heater fan on, it was ticking away as shown in the video everytime i released the throttle.

abit of vecro tape always stops ticks and rattles, will have to have a look which part is touching
