Anyone have any ideas on how to get more power out of her without shanking the fuel economy too much. At the moment I am rocking 50+ but I would be happy with 40+. I havent already had her re-mapped

The only way is to lighten her or remapp to suit the driving style or have you tried hellium filled tyres (snigger)

get gareth to put a more economy orientated map on it.

take the wing mirrors off,wipers,  tape up the panel gaps and front grill

With a remap and driven sensibly you should see an increase in mpg

.216 injectors from the Transporter TDi would give you small gains... An uprated SMIC or FMIC would see you a tiny amount more once mapped...
