That's any German car. I've seen plenty of new BMW's and Mercs on tow trucks, not being delivered either!

Unless you live near a garage for merc and bmw i doubt you have seen 'plenty'

I agree though german is not the greatest. Jap is far superior, even then it still goes wrong.

I know the S2000 was the most reliable car ever though while it was on sale  :cool:

Probably not really the most reliable car. More than likely statisitically in percentage, but there were far fewer of them to make a representitave comparison.

I had a 307 and it was the worst car I've owned! Only had it 6 months befor I fecked it off, but in that time, the heater just packed in (middle of winter too!), alternator went, and it kept cutting out at idle. Px'd it for a mk5 2.0 TDI. Much better!

had a 1997 saxo diesel for 13 years and it was brilliant. No rust, very few problems (dead battery, leaky radiator and had to replace the glow plugs are the only big faults). Loved that little car.
