what bugs have you found? I can only think of a handful and given the size of the game its understandable
There are a few ways to lvl quick depends what you wanna do though. You can level smithing fast just buy buying leather and iron bars and making iron daggers and other low lvl crap. I maxed mine out doing this
levelling pickpocket is also very easy if you save before each target and steal everyones crap, could be seen as cheating though if you save, I prefer to risk it
healing spells can be levelled by finding some kind of trap in a dungeon and keep walking into it while healing yourself
most skills have an easy way of levelling them
