What do you call a deer with no eyes?

No-Eye Deer.

What do you call a deer with no eyes and no legs?

Still no eye deer

What do you call a deer with no eyes, no legs, and no sexual organs?

Still no fcuking eye deer.

But seriously you should be able to get second hand panels and trim to sort it relatively cheap and even in the correct colour if you hunt about.

Venison for tea tonight yeah?
