facebook Timeline - fantastic!
« on: 23 November 2011, 13:54 »
Anyone else have it yet? I followed this guide to get it early, follow it if you want it too.

Had it for a little while now and love it, the 'cover' you can have is great, I've lost many hours making new covers (large image in the middle of the page at the top, it is half hidden unless you click it to expand it) - I use GIMP to make it 'cos I don't have Photoshop init.

The normal facebook news feed hasn't changed since the last major change, though you now have the option to view recent stories, rather than FB deciding what stories you see, but you have to change to that view everytime you log in afaik.

Changes how you and others with Timeline see your profile (people without Timeline see the old profile style) and makes it easier to see / find things, just be careful what you put on FB as it'll be easier to find old sh!t you've said / done
