wow at the first video

but that into a solid wall, i would like to see it into another car at that speed..

Believe you me the common things that people hit at that speed are just as solid as that brick wall.

For instance the pillars of bridges on dual carriageways or parked articulated lorries in lay by's. Neither of them budge an inch when you hit them in a car. Although they have a slightly different effect due to surface area but the same inevitable end.

However i would think even at 70mph in a focus of that age you would be doing well against that brick wall to survive.

Just think, that's not far of what would happen if two 60mph cars had a head on

Its way way far off. Two cars hitting head on at 60mph would be less than a 3rd of the damage and the forces considerably reduced to an extent where it would be survivable. That test would be comparible to a two car head on smash at 120mph with a combined speed of 240mph. There is a significant difference in hitting a stationary solid object and a soft, energy absorbing car. Having that focus hit that block at 60mph would be the equivilent of a head on smash at 60mph with the combined speed of 120mph. Don't ya just love physics.
