I haz my winter wheels and tyres sat ready, waiting and gathering dust as its still too hot to use them 

Same here although I may end up chucking them on sooner rather than later as my current tyres resemble more an F1 tyre than a road tyre 

in the same position. off to the local tyre place tonight to see if they got any deals then ring up a mate see what he can do. then winter wheels on this weekend proberbly.

It was this time last year it snowed bad and brought England to a stand still.

Also. you may have winter tyres. but its still gonna take bloody ages to get to work cause of all the other people getting stuck/any accidents that happen etc

No snow at all. (well south of Watford Gap anyway!) 

AKA the only place that matters in the UK  . The northerns can 'handle' the snow, they are used to it.

I don't want snow as I leave for Thailand in 24 days don't want my flight being delayed  talking of winter tyres was in Sweden last week & they have no choice they have to fit them by Dec 1st at the latest or get massive fines !

anyone who lives up north (properly i.e up near newcastle ect) count sheffield as being north? for me anything past leeds is southern, and same with most of my friends, and a few of my mates go to uni down in sheffield and have a few mates from down there  and they all count sheffield and southern too...
