Is yours faulty? It will be ok to run it temporarily but as already said make sure you replace it asap 
well i think its been runnng alittle slow and alittle jumpy !! but the mrs run the feul low last week so i filled her up and put some red x in it an took it to see if that sorts her out
If the maf is not working correctly then by unplugging it you should see an improvement, try driving it for a few days with it unplugged and see if it gets better. If it does you have your problem, if it doesn't plug it back in and get it scanned with Vagcom.
If you replace your maf, make sure you get a Bosch one
