Yes i put one of these on my Leon 1.8t and simply replaces the middle section. Slides onto the cat and sleeves where it joins the backbox. Doesn't make it too much noisier but gives it a bit of a burble. Most of the silencing is done in the back box. Good cheap mod though!!
