Intermittantly good food.

F*cking expensive for pretty much everything else.

Bad place to get caught speeding.

Get down south and it's a lot better.  Southern Atlantic Coast is particularly stunning (water's FREEZING though!).

Great on the basis that it facilitates access to Germany.
