Smoking in cars is a hazzard as you're not fully concentrating on driving.

Also its a hazard when they throw thier burning embers into on coming traffic.

On long journeys smoking helps me concentrate, especially on motorways.
If passengers don't want to breath second hand smoke, don't get in a smokers car in the first place.

So does f**king around with the radio, cruise control, sat nav etc.
They can ban it but it won't stop me smoking in my car.

so basically a law needs to be made for the window lickers that can't see its wrong to smoke with kids in the car, cheers idiots.  :rolleyes:

you can't ban it as a distraction as that chain of thought will end up with the car as we know it being banned

True, I was talking from my own perspective though.

With kids in the car, it's wrong and stupid (I can't stand seeing people smoking in cars with kids in the back seat) But I don't think it should be banned.

why not concentrate on the people fleecing benefits, immigration and the banks who got bailed out but still pocketed millions in profit

How can then say 'hang on Sir, you can't smoke in your own car!' I'm a non smoker and HATE it. Would love to see it banned to be honest. That's insane to tell people not to smoke in their own car. No one is allowed to smoke in my car, but if i'm in a smokers car i just open the window...

To young for kids, but would never let anyone smoke around them.
