space frame pick up truck

okay this is just a thought at the minute  :rolleyes: as for i need to finish the mk1 for next year

basically im ' already ' looking into my next project aha ( no halm in that )

im realy liking the idea of building a space frame pick up truck from scratch and building it around an r32 engine

i know alot of work will be involved but do any of you guys know of any projects that have been space frame built just so i can have a read up

Steady on fella.  :grin:

No doubt you have the skills, I think the hardest part is roadworthiness and passing the relevant tests.

Might be worth your time dropping Archie a line who's on here doing the volksrod. Bet he knows people who are more clued up judging by some of the creations his crew have put together.

im gunna look into it all and look at costs ect but im deffinatly considering giving this ago

i think id build one around a caddy pick up ' cab ' and buy an r32 thats had a smack and so i could use it for its engine / gear box / loom / drive sharfts suspension unit's ect ect  :evil:

but its all just a thought at the minute aha a thought that excites me  :wink:
