I usually pick friends up from Leicester after a night out, always sounds like fights kick off for no reason, lots of drugs being sold and handed out, been told republic is alright to go to but dress code is no jeans, trainers or tshirts, no slogans, must be dressed plain basically..

Sound like a great night out  :undecided:

The entire world is a Money Pit, you just have to pick yours.

Just get into the city centre and follow the skirts ..  I've recently moved from Leicester and had many good nights out, yes there are better places but if you're already going it's not hard to see where's packed.

Somewhere that we used to go to a lot that wasn't full of kids was a place called Original Four, Old building with 4 stories of varying styles...  worth a look in my opinion.

Just head for braunstone gate, less scutters down there! Lots of bars, music and food, then go with the flow to head back into town later (2 mins by taxi)

Fantastic curry house in Nottigham. Iirc is called 3633 miles from Delhi, or something similar. It has a rickshaw cut in half and mounted on the outside wall. Its opposite the Holiday Inn Express. There's a Casino next door as well.
