Ah bolocks. i thought it said 20x20x0+1 so i voted for 1 as 20x20x0=0

20 + (20 x 0) + 1 = 21
(20 + 20) x (0 + 1) = 40

I looked at it like this:
((20 + 20) x 0) + 1 = 1

Not that simple..
