if you're trying to use it to view/send emails with your work email address it's a whole different ball game. they're usually msx and local network only unless you're friendly with the IT chaps.

We have an external webmail address but I cant seem to get access that way. So am trying to do it through Outlook, or at least have Outlook working on my PC to see if I can then access it!

Webmail would be a lot easier to set up at home on outlook gets complicated otherwise, IT department business

I can get into our Intranet at home so will try the webmail address on that next.
