i don't need to be in a closet to be a fan of michael jacksons music. he was a legend with a very troubled life right from the start. There was not one shred of evidence that he touched any children and it was bad advice from his lawyers to pay off the first accusation. he was on tour at the time! After that the notion was implanted in everyone and that made everything worse.

Michael jackson was on a mind bending concoction of drugs way before conrad murray came along. However, when you have the power of life and death in your hands, no amount of money should have persuaded him to supply propofol as a sleeping aid as it simply isn't best practice! If it was anyone else it would have probably made it worse for murray not better.

seriously... so the music industry paid all those people to say jacko molested kids, IMO either he molested them OR the families thought hey lets make a bit of money, you know like 90% of americans do and sue anyone as soon as they can... also i dont belive the music industry paid anyone or had anything to do with his death, he was addicted to drugs and weather dr murray gave jackson the fatal overdose or jackson did it himself he accidently overdosed (either through his own fault or through dr murrays) and consequently died. the music industry had nothing to do with it imo.

Not so much the music industry but rather the media. Also in defence of him being a molester, surely if your that type your not going to let kids in your house in full knowedge of everyone, they would have to be real stupid. Or is MJ really that stupid?

You could say there is a drug problem in the mainstream music industry in general. Many have or had drug problems wether it be prescription or harder stuff. Nobody questions where the get them from when they know they have problems. Too easy for them to get it. You could say because there famous and can get what they want but who are the people supplying these superstars while at the same time keeping themselves out of the media spotlight. Surely there is a ring of Conrad Murrays out there hooking them up with anything for the right price. I don't know, a lot of bad stuff goes on in that industry that stays shielded and its always bothered me why. Especially when so many fall victim. Maybe not dead. Yet! But fall into the trap so to speak.

In America the super rich get exactly what they want, when they want it.
If MJ wanted drugs, he would be able to get exactly what he wanted.
The super rich are treated like gods. Dr.Murray is just a scapegoat.

In what way is he a scapegoat? did he not profit from some elses misfortune/addiction? The state really has nothing to gain out of sentencing Murray

I'm saying if you are Michael Jackson you get exactly what you want, when you want it(well did).
I doubt anyone would of been able to say 'no' to him.
Sorry to say but he was responsible for his own downfall, like most drug addicts.

Yes.. you cannot argue that ultimately he was responsible for his own downfall. But lets not forget the duty of care of a doctor. Murray is guilty as sin for providing the service he did!

This is true, the doctor did have a duty of care.
However he was just doing what he was paid to do, fill MJ full of drugs.
The problem with people like MJ, is its never going to end well.

You would have thought the doctors first duty of care would have been to get him some help... but yes, its never going to end as people determined to take drugs will just seek a fix elsewhere. The dependency become much more mental than physical.  :undecided:

Jackson was never a child molester, it's all those other brainwashed satan worshipping tramps who grace the very top of the music industry who practice that sick sh!t. Jackson was murdered for who he was, one of the most famous figures in the world who failed to comply with the music industry and media regulations. You step outside the box, you get taken out. They have been trying to drag him down for decades, hence the constant molestation accusations. Jackson knew the music industry for what it really is and was a threat to it. He had to be killed off before he began his tour.

WOW! That is some strong sh1t you are smoking!!
