I think any 'personal physician' prescribing Propofol to help someone sleep has serious questions to answer...

oh well I'm sure he will make stacks more money when he writes a book.

yeah but is it worth loosing 4 years of your life for, missing out on 4 years of your kids growing up. 4 years of freedom.

imo no, i know jackson has lost his life ect. and i always thought he would be found not guilty but hey im no lawyer or judge and havent really been following too closely, just what i catch on the news every so oftern.

Exactly

Massive negligence that resulted in the death of a patient = Involuntary manslaughter

Verdict sounds spot on to me !!

Guilty I'm afraid... Murray was put in charge, and trusted with the life of another human being, regardless of who it was, he was clearly not in charge of the situation he was trusted with...

Conrad Murray was only thinking of the money. He is guilty of negligence and malpractice and deserves what he gets.

What about the company who was supplying the drugs to Murray. Surely these kind of things need to be monitored. The whole things stinks of pure lies and I think there is more people involved in this.

Yeah you are right, In America they treat Murder and Drug crimes very seriously he will get some serious time.
But I am sure he will appeal and get his chance to sue the Jacksons in the end.....

Maximum of four years apparently.
holy fck, I see loads of crime programs where people get serious time in some harsh places for less. Spose its California for you, bet the Jacko's sue his arse in a civil court now or at least wait until his book has sold millions first.....

it wasn't murder... it was involuntary manslaughter... there's a big difference between that and murder... hence the lower tariff
