Well with it set as it is at the ride is honestly like sitting in a horse cart... theres no movemant at all and does scrape the arches when the steering wheel is turned 
So kinda reluctant to go lower!!!

Allso when jacked up there alot of movemant up and down. think thats cus the adjusting rings are so low down. Is that normal though? Just never fitted coilys befor.. its fine with weight on.it though

The wheel will move up and down when the car is jacked up as the weight of the car isn't on the coils.
Or did you mean when the coilovers are jacked up?
