Normally play split the pack for brews which means making about 10 brews at one time, as such, its easier to pull out the paper cups, write what everyone wants, throw it in the cup, add the water, then stir in the milk.. gives the bag enough time to steep while you add all the milk and is all done in a time efficient manner!

Everyman plays their part in splitting the pack.. Seen Groupies getting the brews in out here. It means no "scrote" gets smashed for brews all the time.. You split the pack you play the risk :D

Unless you can point to the contrary, I believe that "Milk in First" is/was done to preserve the integrity of fine bone china cups.

Nothing to do with taste.  Just to stop your mug from exploding.

Jonathan.

And for the record, I put milk in last, as this is logical.

Why?

Well if you put too much milk in first and the tea is not strong enough, you've ruined your brew.

Milk in last lets you fine tune.

This: Highly amusing for when the family comes round. A mate bought it for me - shame I don't drink hot drinks so I rarely use it. My one is NOT censored...
