hi guys, had my 99 mk4 1.8t gti for a few weeks now. love it to death, why did i wait so long to get another vw? don't do many miles as i work away, so i've never really been bothered about cars. had a few motorbikes and a few ratty 4x4's. glad my mate persuaded me to get the gti though. might have to get a few more horses out of it though, any idea? already saving for a mk5!
will get some photos on as soon as it stops raining on my shiney motor, and when i've sussed out the digital camera

Welcome to the forum.  Quick re-map and as golfpro says ask in the mk4 section as to what others have done. Also have a look at the main site www.golfgti.co.uk there are some useful links to websites on there and you could have a nosey at those, plenty to go at.
......now officially dubless.
