Safari

Since updating to Lion couple of weeks ago on my MBP i7 , my Safari is playing up very strange things are going missing in my book marks then the next day they are there ?? On Saturday night the fan in the machine was making such a loud noise thought it was going to take off all very strange to me ?? The machine is brand-new by the way under 4 weeks old , what are your views ? thanks guys

My Question is do I need to re-down load Lion again and would do any harm ?

Try another user account for test purposes and see if you can recreate the problem, if you can recreate the problem on another user account uninstall any updates to Safari and see if it clears, then reinstall them afterwards and see if it breaks again.

You could try a clean install, give it a small partition then install Windows 7 with bootcamp

or if you are insistent on using a toy OS just reinstall OSX.

Yes that would be a great idea spend a lot of money buying a quality bit of kit then run it on poundstretcher OS

I meant why would you run Windows on a Mac unless you had to  thats why we buy Macs because we like them & using OSX

Theres no Microsoft going on my MBP or Imac , Glad I got rid of them and would never go back to Microsoft!!
