I need a new gearbox! HELP!!!

 Hi all,

As heading states, I need a new gearbox for my mk4. Its a 2000 AGU 1.8T.

What are my options? and wheres the best place to source one?

I have been told I should stick with a ENJ code box by the VAG guy i use and who will be doing the work, but a guy at my work who is a qualified VAG mechanic says any o2J box will fit.

 opinions please[8-)]

Also wheres my best bet to get a good box from???

no wasnt including removal an re-fittin but came with a year warranty on the box

Any 02J box will fit!

the reason i need a new box is there is bloody great hole in the casing
