Aaha!

Yes, I have a Clifford alarm.  There is a Clifford red light next to them.  It's not working, as I need a new fob and to get it set up again.  What would they do if the alarm was set up?

It's another way of alarming and disarming the alarm and other functions i think.

It all depends on what alarm you have. If you find out which one you have you can get the instruction manuals from here: http://www.clifford.com/Support/Guides.aspx

Thanks!
I have no idea what one I have. No paperwork for it. Was gonna wait til I had some spare cash and then pop into a local Clifford installer.

Cheers for solving the mystery

It is where you enter the valet mode on the alarm mate
