im getting seriously cheesed off with virgin now...



Although this is the highest I have had for a while... sometimes its as low as 15  :angry:

Jeez...I just don't know how you cope  :lipsrsealed:

With great difficulty! It was confirmed that this is 10MB down due to my powerline adapter i run.


I will welcome the free upgrade to 100MB next month... should be able to get by with 90MB  :grin:

Have you spoken to BT about it? Connecting wired or wirelessly to your router?

nope the whole of shetland is having problems with slow broadband and bt dont want to admit an issue,

WTF! Your ping is insane though!

Can you do the following..

Hold Windows key and press R
Type cmd into the box and press Enter

This should bring up a Command Prompt window. Inside the window, type: tracert www.google.com
then press enter

Copy and paste (or screenshot) the results here. Then we can see where the massive latency starts :)

Not too bad really, i've had it as high as 70 with the router in various locations  :smiley:

Much much better than BT we had before!
