Mk2 16v engine removal

Could someone provide me with a link with step by step process for removing my engine. Preferably with pics.

I'm a complete layman but have plucked up courage to do engine swap to 2.0l

My issues are how to jack and where to place axle stands (if required)

- can't get a jack as it stands under the front of car to support engine.

- how to undo engine and wheel out

No it doesn't you can undo the front cross and remove the entire front end to bring it out on a crane through the newly created gap.

looks like we have a war on our hands !!!!

to be honest it can be done both ways ,more easier method is removing front and hoisting away .though i use a 3 ton trolley jack under engine and box undo all mountings then rest it in the jack .
