I had pictures sent of me turning right on an arrow pointing right then telling me it wasn't a right turn as they wanted £80. I was like er no  :undecided: lol

Then they send back saying sorry it was a camera playing up lol :grin:

So they sent me another one which I didn't even read and now a FINAL NOTICE.

Could just ignore them and wait for the possible "solicitors letter" or be clever and tell them that one, I didn't enter into any contract, I wasn't driving and two they can't give out penalty charges in contract law...........

Thought I got my pitcher taken by a kind poleece officer almost 3 weeks ago and been waiting for it and checking the mail as it came through the door, alas none  :sad: For some reason he was half hidden behind a tree in his van  :huh:

You did in fact enter into a contract by coming onto their premises. But I would advise you to throw this sh!t in the bin and don't worry. I still have a few from 2 years ago which have yet to send me to court and rape my credit rating. As said before, not worth the paper they're written on!
