Yes will bolt straight on. Only thing you'll need is updated injectors from a 130/150bhp engine and then a remap. I've got a good, rebuilt gt1749vb from a 150bhp for sale if it's any good.

It will physically bolt straight on to the engine and exhaust but your intercoolering pipe work won't fit, but then you should be updating to an fmic anyway so it won't matter. The original intercoolering in your car will be too small.

Not sure how you can fit the 130/150PD injectors to a 110 NON-PD.

Well it is going to be interesting  as I don't think they will fit.

The PD are mechanical and electrical where as the 110 is fully electrical.

with the turbo youll have to maje sure it comes with a manifold as the 110 manifold and turbo are one unit. also with your injectors change the nozzles from .205 to .215 nozzles (find them on ebay) then have a remap to make the most of it. oh and a decat then ket me know how it goes coz i was in the process of doin these mods to mine then the cam belt went
i think i love you.....

The turbo on a 110 seperates from the manifold, i know this as ive just fitte one to my 90 after cleaning the vnt system, also fitted the .216 nozzles and decatted it.
The results are fantastic my little 90 is now pushing 120 - 125 ish on a standard map happy days!!

The 110 injectors are fully mechanical not electric??? Or am i completely wrong on this? The only electrical part on the injectors is the needle lift sensor on injector 3?
