It's relatively easy - reduce portion sizes. Eat less. Keep exercising. The weight WILL come off.
Don't view it as a mystery - it's a simple less in = need to remove fat to keep running.
Be prepared to feel a bit hungry and a touch wobbly at times though.

I lost 1 1/2 stone over the summer. Put nearly 3/4 of a stone back on in the last couple of months though. Took my eye off the ball and enjoy food too much.

Weight's where it's at for human and vehicle performance.
