RCZ vs Karmann Ghia!

Saw one of each tonight, within 10 mins of each other, couldn't help but think that if VW were to resurrect the KG, like BMW did with the Mini, then maybe it would look something like the RCZ! especially the roof line, and rear 1/4

I love the Ghia but I also love the RCZ bit of a womens car though.

saw one of those the other day, as womanly as it is, i still think there quite nice :D

strange how the roof is suposed to create down force, weather it works or not is another question

:lol: it'll never happen as Karmann has recently gone titz up and Ford own Ghia, unless VW decide to call it a Carmen Gear.

From the side the RCZ looks OK, well no it doesn't but the roof does, well, not bad.  :rolleyes:

Then as you walk round the car and see the front

They've glued what seems to be a 308 to the front.  Looks cr@p, looks cheap and they could have been a bit more imaginative with the overall styling (especially the front as it really doesn't work).

From my experience with Pugs I would also expect it to fall to bits as soon as the warranty is out, more likely before.
