Make a movie in the replay (up to 30secs), save to xbox and then upload to forzamotorsport.net. Go to your gallery and when you click on all pictures you'll see a download link on the right. Download and then upload to youtube. Done.

You sure? The video won't show a picture, just a link to the right of the pictures when you go to the all pics view.
