Have you checked the bank statement to see that you weren't charged for it?
If you weren't charged just stick it on ebay!

+1. im all for "your loss is someone elses gain" and "finders keepers" ect.
but £1700 is a lot of money to be taking from a company.

also im guessing that one of youse had to sign for it? if so theres more than likely a bar code or some code to identify what was in that box and a chance that when they realise there mistake they will ring you up and ask for it back and when youve sold it you may have to cough up £1700 for the products.

I'd return it too.

And the above. The person who now has shampoo rather than £1700 worth of beauty stuff is going to be ringing around like crazy and the company will see that the box was addressed to you, and they'll be asking for it back. Who knows they might give you some freebies for your troubles

I got an £80 bike component sent to me once, from chain reaction cycles, that I didnt order (had many previous dealings though). I phoned them up to see about them paying for its return, the lass on the phone was very grateful, as they had no record of it being wrongly dispatched!

Their warehouse is in Nothern Ireland  :lipsrsealed:

I went to the Shell garage at work today to get some lunch and tobacco, matey boy scanned through the lunch then ID'd me, while he did that he forgot to scan the baccy (£8 worth) and put it in the bag, I was well chuffed that I got the baccy and a meal deal for a fiver.
