A KO4-001 is the same housing as a ko3s, but can produce 260-270hp.

Direct fit for 1.8t.

Yeah those figures seem more like it, i didn't know they fitted the 1.8T tho without any other modifications (the Ko4 001)
mine is a K04 023 and deffo won't

@travlsreeve, yea thats what we are planning. Im having the manifolds made up by the people that made my downpipe.

A K03s will be more than enough on yours mate, it will be lethal..

Im also going down thew LSD route too. not sure which one to go for just yet tho

All other ko4's require downpipes, lines and manifold.

Im putting a 023 compressor wheel in my 001 though. Will be the same, minus hassle.

sweet mate that should be a rather fun mk3 to drive 

im just guna stick to a ko3s as its direct fit and wont be to much for my engine
also 240ish bhp seems more than enough in a mk1 golf
