Cheers just halfway through doing it with Unrevoked.

Having MASSIVE issues as for some reason my phone will do the "device connected" noise then disconnect and reconnect.

So far as it's rebooting I've pulled out USB, waited for the phone to fully load then plugged it back in. Working so far.....

Where all my moneys went.

CHEERS DONE THE UNREVOKED FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Massive tip, un install any apps you've installed before rooting. AFTER BACKING THEM UP OBVIOUSLY. Just payed the 3 squid for MyBackup Pro.

I THINK the apps on my phone were cocking up unrevoked as it was going straight into Sync mode (as it should) before the phone loaded fully and was messing up. Carefully pulling the cable at the right time did it. Phew!

All you should have had to do is change it to be on Charging only and set it as the default so when you plugged it in it was only on charging and wouldn't mount the SD card as a USB drive, at least that's how I did with with the Wifes Wildfire and mothers Desire S.

Could only get it to work in USB Sync mode.  :undecided:

Perhaps one of the Windows drivers wasn't right?

Certainly explains the issue though. Oh well just backing up using Clockwork. Cheers.

Happy with Cyangen so far.

Gonna be playing with it soon. Just installing the Google apps so I can use market. Probably try and delete the apps I don't use though.

As Jay said, I really like Oxygen as it's simple and minimal. The only thing I've got against it is that since AdamG (the developer) got a galaxy S2 he's slowed down the rate at which he used to update it, but when big releases come out he does add them to Oxygen.

Cyanagen is awesome.

Miles faster, battery has lasted all day and I've been using it MORE then normal. Normally it would be dead at about 2:30PM.

Since CM7.1 my battery has been utter sh!te! pretty much flat at/before bed time with minimal usage trough the day  Even blatted the phone and used only a stock CM7.1 with NO additional apps and it was just as bad

Went onto Blayo 0.8.4 and had that running almost 6 hours now with wifi on and battery has resumed it's normal longevity, 100% still with some usage and 5 mins call ealier and wifi on all the time with all syncs on.

It's MUCH better than when I lasted used it and SO fast  and all the cool HTC sense stuff too :afro:

After nearly 24 hours, with normal usage (couple calls, texts, internet and some apps), wifi on for the whole time and some 3G I've still got 75% left and my wifi signal is muchos better (seeing as it uses the HTC hardware drivers)

42% left after 48hours off charge     Wifi on, calls, texts, web browsing, 3G on when out. Doing farking good I'd say  Christ if I switched wifi, sync and location services off I'd probably have a lot more left!

Never heard of Blayo, sounds pretty impressive. Might have to try it.
