Thats the stuff to use mate, highly recommended for dubs. Make sure you get a genuine oil filter too, they have two valves, a non-return to stop the oil flowing back down to the sump when the engine is off (stops the hydralic tappets, tapping at startup

) and a filter bypass, so you still get oil flow to the engine if the element is blocked.
All cheap to buy from VW, but you can get this stuff from GSF too. You'll have to phone or go into one of their branches though, they don't have synta silver listed on their web page.
