Guy, aren't you running on Mac? I had no issues installing it once downloading, so not sure why you 2 are struggling?

Mine is going to takes hours as i live in a village & have super slow adsl..on top of far too many people trying to update in the world at the same time, i normally wait a few days. I said normally, got sucked in because of this thread haha

Mine has finally downloaded and now its "backing up". Im 20 minutes its backed up about 2% of the phone. WTF !!!!? Its been sitting there since 18:00 . . . .
