if you mean the piece that comes out of the oil filter housing, I'd imagine the plastic piece is a dealer only part. The rest of it can be replaced with oil resistant rubber hose, silicon shouldn't be necessary as it doesnt get put under high pressures or anything its just a breather pipe
Why not take this opportunity to fit a catch can?
