high pitch squel when under load

aup lads as above really when giving the car abit say about 5000 to 6000 i get a really high pitch squel like a possible turbo fault or something checked all pipes no problem,i have heard it is a quite common fault just wondered if it could be a crack in wastegate of somert as it dont loose any power or boost,and  but also if i leave it standing say 3 minutes on tick over and put my foot down it will smoke proper smell like fuel but dont no if its oil or something coming through the turbo seals..... any info gladly apprechiated

Could be a number of things, if you get a min pop in and I will take a quick look for you.
