If seller refuses to sell you could consider taking him/her to court but you would have to prove what you have lost.Breach of contract ?.Waste of time.Put it another way,if it were your car and you wanted £1150 for it would you let it go for less than half,NO ?.There's your answer.
That does'nt mean that this seller wo'nt sell,he may decide to cut his losses and honour the bid.He may also say,"sorry mate,do'nt know what went wrong but Ebay made a mistake and they forgot to add the reserve",or," sorry mate,sold it elsewhere,forget to cancel the ad".
