its the same with protecting your family if a burgular came in. He has more rights then then you.

Not today he didn't!

Thom

I couldn't believe that today, makes a refreshing change for the law to side with the victim in those sort of cases.

Hopefully a clear cut warning to Burglars, common sense, and zero tolerance should now be the order of the day...

from every perspective, concerning this country, the criminal has more rights, the government has no back bone and is too scared to upset the minority, us tax paying working class have no rights or freedom of speech

You are excercising your right to free speach by typing this last post..... I do take your point though and agree that there certainly does seem to be some inequality going on in this country  . It certainly does look like a bit of inconsistency has been applied here! Im guessing they didnt get very good legal representation lol.

perhaps its time for all the ' lovers of islam ' to leave the country that they obviously detest and return

to their 'homeland' were they will be happy ............................................

or maybe they wont enjoy the lack of ' human rights ' that they have come to expect in the UK ????

maybe  there would be fewer cases of bias in the courts  :undecided:

I like the fact since David Cameron said people can protect their homes with reasonable force, the 3 burglars who all been killed have been in Manchester..makes me proud :D
Good on them I say, would do the same, fair play to the courts too..all 3 people , 2 homeowners and a shop worker, all let off.

Hopefully Cameron will get his wish and they will scrap the human rights laws which protect the wrong people.

No, best not to, since this is a muslim country, where the indiginous are f**ked over and the rest are given the right to take over.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

isn't freedom of speech an american thing?  :lipsrsealed:

might be wrong, its the right time of night for it.

regarding the op

joke. it has to be, i'm not condoning vandalising mosques or anything, but to get 12 months jail for vandalism is a bit of a joke imo, no wonder there is no room if you lock people up for next to nothing.

vandlising historic public memorials is a bit bad. i'd give lines to do. copy the bible out 400 times, do the same with the koran. see some of the points are the same just worded differently.

if i caught anyone irrespective of religon or anything messing with a war memorial i think i might show them the error of their ways

I wouldn't give a f**k and would quite happily go to court and even go down for killing someone, if they put my families life at risk.. Anyone venturing onto my property after hours is feeling the full force of my wrath..

The same would have happened if i had owned a shop in London during the riots too.. I would have quite happily sat inside the shop with a load of mates, waited for them to come at the shop and opened up.. I would much rather pay 20 lads to look after my place than let it get robbed, burnt etc and have to rebuild it all again..
