Mobile phones past and present
« on: 05 October 2011, 21:17 »
1.  What was your first ever mobile phone?
2.  What's your favourite mobile phone ever owned?
3.  What's the worst mobile you've owned?

------------------- BOOM! ---------------------------

1.  What was your first ever mobile phone?

Siemens c25.  bloody loved it!  It was small, very hard wearing, and it was the first phone that let you use your own ring tone   I still have it in a draw somewhere.

2.  What's your favourite mobile phone ever owned?

I'm going to have to cop out and say my iPhone 4.  Does everything I could want from a phone and more.

3.  What's the worst mobile you've owned?

Easily the Philips Savvy.  Had it for two houts then returned it to the store, absolutely AWFUL phone!!

An Alcatel brick TWO line LCD screen

Then some thing I can't remember and never heard of them since  was pretty nice, lacked the features of the Nokias of the time but was nice to hold, nice bright blue background, looked stylish too.

Best one mobile PHONE?  My Motorola L7, the battery lasted 5 days with normal usage 20 texts a day, couple calls a day

Only had 1 real Smartphone so far, but hey they all do the same sh!t, just differently, so I say let's not include Smartphones?
Passat B5.5 2.3 V5 170, with all the extras.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Nokia 5.1

Nokia 5500D

3.  What's the worst mobile you've owned?

Morola RAZR thing probably, or there was a very small Sony thing with a colour screen which was rubbish, too.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

2) Either the Nokia 8210, 6100 or my last phone the W995i

3) Whilst the Razr was an awesome looking phone the OS was THE worst OS i've ever used

Sony Sricsson w810 - One of the best phones I've ever had.  I've got one lying around somewhere that I use as an emergency backup phone!
